This page covers the Webfuji website only. If you become a client, a separate agreement covers how we handle your customers' data.
Webfuji builds websites, online booking and Google profiles for independent businesses in London. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.

There is one form on this site. It is the demo request form. It asks for:

| What kind of business you run | Only if you tapped one of the buttons. It lets us show you a relevant demo. |
That is the entire list. We do not ask for your email address, your address, or anything about your customers.
We rely on legitimate interests under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f). You asked us to call you about a service, and calling you back is what you would reasonably expect. If you tell us to stop, we stop, and we delete your details.
Two companies handle it on our behalf, and neither uses it for their own purposes:

Our team of callers may see your name, business and number so they can ring you. That is all they see.
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, because HMRC requires business records to be kept that long.
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.
You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time, and we will.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
Ring us on +44 7931 954182 and we will sort it. We will respond within one month, and it costs you nothing.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Form submissions are stored by Netlify and may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, it is covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law.
If we start using anything new, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We are not going to add tracking quietly.
