Website, online booking, your Google profile, reviews. Built for London independents. Live in about five days, and you own it.
Nothing to sign. Nothing to pay. You just look at it.
This is what lands on your phone.
What do you run?
Tap one and the page shows what it does for you.
Six things. Most businesses buy them one at a time, from different people, and end up with none of them talking to each other.
Someone finds you at 9pm on their phone. They see a real business with your prices, not an Instagram grid and a DM.
People book themselves in while you are closed. It lands on your phone with the name, the time and what they are having.
This is how most people actually find you. Set up, filled in, and pointing at your site.
Every customer gets asked. If someone is unhappy you hear about it in minutes, in private, so you can put it right before it becomes a public review.
One page that turns someone who is only looking into a phone number you can ring.
Shows you the customers who have stopped coming in, and texts them in one tap.
Fifteen minutes. We look at what you have now and show you a working version with your name on it. No slides.
Only if you want it.
Your services, your prices, and any photos you have. About twenty minutes of your time. If your photos are not great, say so on the call.
Site, booking, Google profile, the lot.
You tell us what is wrong. We fix it. Then it goes live and bookings start coming to your phone.
Changes after that are included in the monthly. You do not pay us again every time you put your prices up.
Buy these six things separately, from six different places, and you are looking at around £2,450 to set up and £195 a month.
This is where most people start.
Restaurants: table reservations and a full menu page are added on top. We will price it on the call.
Nothing wrong with a booking platform. But you are renting it. The customers who book through it are on their list, not yours, and the day you stop paying, it all goes with them.
What they actually charge is worth knowing, and it is different for each one.
Takes 35% plus VAT of a new client's first booking. On a £50 cut, that is about £21 gone.
Not free any more, whatever you were told when you signed up. Their 20% new client fee can hit even when someone books on your own website, if they looked at your Fresha page first.
No commission. It is a flat fee, around £40 a month, and that is fair. Their optional Boost feature is the only part that takes a cut of a first visit, so it is worth checking whether you have it switched on.
No commission either.
Drag these to your own numbers.
So this is not "platforms are a rip-off". Some of them are not. The question is a different one.
With us, the site is yours. The domain is in your name. The Google profile is in your account. The customer list is yours to export any time you want. Nobody takes a percentage of your work.
Webfuji. We build and run the online side of independent businesses in London. Websites, booking, Google, reviews. That is all we do. You deal with us directly, not a support ticket and a queue.
About five days from the deposit, as long as we have your services, your prices and some photos.
Most of the time we rebuild it. It is usually faster and cheaper than working inside somebody else's. You keep the same web address.
Keep it running while we build. Nothing gets switched off until you are happy. Plenty of people run both for a couple of weeks and then decide.
Yes. The domain is in your name. The Google profile is in your account. Your customer list is yours and you can export it whenever you like.
You keep your domain, your Google profile, your customer list and your content. We hand over the site files. The monthly covers hosting, backups and changes, so if it stops, we stop hosting it. You are never locked out of your own business.
Yes. Same six things, set up for a restaurant. Table reservations instead of appointments, and a full menu page with your prices on it.
It is a screen share, not a sales meeting. We put your business name on a working version and walk you through it. You will see exactly what your customers would see, and exactly what you would see on your phone when a booking comes in.
Fifteen minutes. Nothing to sign. Nothing to pay.
We will ring you at the time you pick. If it is not for you, that is a fine answer.
